Aria is a protector, a very powerful one. She has been assigned to protect the vampires of the world. A protector is a group of people whose family members have been turned into a vampire, werewolf, and or someone who was married to something that is of the supernatural world. Aria doesn't like vampires but when the council members decide to place her with a group of vampires, how will she handle it. 

Chris Motionless, front man of the rising band called Motionless in white has a secret, but he isn't the only one. All the members of MIW are vampires. How will they handle the news that they are assigned a protector while on tour? Of course they had other protectors but they all quiet because of Chris. 

Will Chris be able to keep cool or scare another one away?

Will Aria find herself and be able to come to terms that she's powerful?

Will Aria make it out alive?

Will two lonely creatures find love?

You could easily say that Chris fell in love with Naomi the minute he first laid eyes on her; but Naomi remained completely oblivious to it, even as their friendship grew. Three and a half years later, Chris and Naomi have remained great friends. Naomi had since stopped doing merch and just sort of drifted from place to place - including crashing with Chris when she came into town. Chris Cerulli's best female friend has been Melanie Dawson since they were in childhood. They never ever saw themselves as anything more than that. When Sadie was born, Chris was the first one to hold her after Melanie and John. So having Chris around more often is wonderful for Sadie; mostly because Chris is very understanding of her and incredibly open-minded. Sadie is just a bit...different, and Chris is the perfect example for her to show that being different is an okay and good thing. When tragedy strikes, Chris is immediately there for Melanie and Sadie and instantly knows how to comfort them. With being so close to Melanie this often now, Chris begins to realize that maybe, after all these years, he might have been looking at her the wrong way, and feelings may be starting to develop. Could Melanie be the one for him after all?

Or when Carlie and Riley start to get close again? Or when Jack, Riley, Max, and Emily all end up sitting in the lobby of an abortion clinic in Connecticut? Or when the fact that Riley is a lesbian suddenly becomes an issue for some of her family members? Or when someone almost jumps off a building? Life is complicated; of this, we are all aware. However, it seems like life so far for the Cerulli family is only just getting started because what lays ahead, none of them saw coming. Will they survive the drama?
