Alexandria Wilson loses her beloved mother in a bushfire at their house. However, she accidentally summons the Operator who has offered her to help her resurrect her mother back from the dead. But there are 2 things she must follow and complete:

1. She must be partnered up with a boy named James who lost his younger sister in a ravine as she plummeted to her death.

2. Alex and Jamie must complete the 12 levels that the Operator has put for them.

3. They both must find out why their beloved have died.
