Underneath the streets of Paris, there lies something strange, Les Catacombes De Paris, a series of tunnels, hundreds of miles long going out in strange and twisting directions, that are made entirely out of human remains. Some of the tunnels are open to tourists, safe areas, but not exciting. Most of the catacombs are prohibited, unstable, mysterious, deadly.
Every year, Alex and his seven friends go to the Eiffel Tower to take on a crazy bet, each year the bet getting crazier and crazier. The winner of the bet gets to be exempt from the next years bet. The group decide to bet that the two last people left in the restricted catacombs without chickening out would win.
This is incredibly unsafe, so they decide to use a rope to guide their path back to the exit so they don't get stuck in the endless pathways. But soon the rope is taken by a mysterious being, and a single note is found in a strange language. After one member of the party becomes possessed, things take a turn for deadly.

For one to inhabit oddities that are truly beyond normalcy, the town has been surprisingly peaceful for many centuries. However, behind the tranquility that seemed to encase the place, there lie intense rules that are forever ingrained by all townsfolk within their hearts and mind.
