Eloise Walters is quite shocked when her Mother basically uproots her from their spacious home in the heart of urbanised Hobart, Tasmania to live with her Aunt Mollie in their shabby shack in a small town in Mooloolaba, Queensland for the entire summer! 

As well as the massive weather change, Ellie has a tough time overcoming culture shock at the vast differences between her old and new lives. 

Enter in Caleb Schwartz, Ellie's her next door neighbour. His laid-back surfer attitude puts Ellie's mind into overdrive and soon they pair are at each others throats. 

But when a tragic accident occurs, the lines between Eloise and Caleb and blurred. Will such a tragedy result in a beautiful relationship, or will Ellie leave him in the dust?
