Why Fiora Lost Herself

Fiora: the epitome of teenage angst and sarcasm, trapped in the body of a one hundred-sixteen year old mermaid. She's traveled the world, seen the world (albeit, from her watery home), and has never experienced the sheer terror and wonder of love.
Shane: the cliche photograph of douche bag. With his quick wit and flirtatious attitude he's bombarded through any situation and came out on top. He's felt love, and experienced every aspect of it's bane.
When their two different worlds collide in a wildly unexpected disaster, realities befall to the weight of their sudden connection.
