2. In this book, I use past tense phrases. The story takes place in 2013. Yes, I know, we're in 2017, but, I wanted to make it 2013 for, idk, some reason

I was the first. I arrived in the Glade, and there was nothing and... no one. I remembered nothing about who I was, who my parents were, what happened. A few days I remembered my name, and that's it.
