I remember hearing somewhere that it's OK to feel depressed or 'down' for up to three weeks but if you experience feelings of depression for longer than a three week period you can be medically diagnosed as depressed. I think everyone, at some point has felt deflated. I know I have. This is for all those people who have felt, not quite depressed but like life is a little duller and darker, you can't put you're finger on it but things seem distant and you feel disconnected...Tous Droits Réservés
