These little hashtags pepper our lives. These are mine and how they represent me. At least that is how I wanted this book to be. It was to be a book of short articles using a hashtag as inspiration. However, it has grown and changed as I have. This book was birthed from my not-so-short social media posts. As I began engaging with people who don't share the same opinion as me, I dug deeper into trying to understand how I decided on my beliefs. I did some armchair research on Street Epistemology. If you haven't heard of it, YouTube it. It will get you to think! I did. I came face to face with what I believed, how I got there, and why. It also forced me to ask whether my beliefs are consistent with my morals and ethics. This book is my contribution to the marketplace of ideas. Hopefully, it stands up to scrutiny. Write it Down so I Don't Forget
Elizabeth has a very mundane boring life but sometimes she needs to vent about anything and everything. The only relief she finds is by writing it down. So this is her life. This is her diary. It's not formatted like an actual book and it has IM language as well as emojis because this is my life. This is basically a "story" of my senior year. It's messy and unorganized just like my life. When your favorite member of your favorite band reaches out to you on accident and you become best friends with him. He writes songs about you and you grow closer to him. After a while you figure out why you feel so happy when he texts you. You get to meet him after knowing him for a while that only brings you to realize you have deep feelings.
