Levi Ackerman, also known as Humanity's Strongest, is the leader of the Levi squad, a strong and well-rounded group. You, on the other hand, are just a smart-mouthed brat that can wield your blades exceptionally well (in Levi's opinion). As a result of your inability to keep your mouth shut, you're almost always cleaning the headquarters late into the night, a punishment doled out by the captain.

However, after a month or two of being in the squad, you all are taken on an expedition by Erwin. The female titan is lured out of hiding as a result, and things take a horrible turn.

Terrified at the prospect of losing you, things between yourself and another soldier begin to change drastically immediately following the expedition...

And you find that it's hard to balance surviving and living, and up until a little bit ago, you barely knew the difference between the two.
