He better hurry up, I thought. My breath steamed in the frosty air.

He better be a drama nerd.... Or else I'm walking away from my only opportunity to meet him.

I checked my watch. Well, not a watch. Every human was born will inked numbers on their wrist. Raised bumps that changed every second, minute, hour, day. And it counted down to zero. On that mark, we'd be face to face with our soul mate.

3 minutes now...

I wonder what he looks like. I stamp my feet impatiently and blow warm air into my numb fingers. Bianca would scold my attitude.

What if I never meet my soulmate? Bianca didn't. Maybe a rogue car would run off the road and crush me between the pillars of the drama school.

Someone is running, sun bleached hair bounced across his forehead and there was a huge grin on his face. I could see a slightly crooked tooth from here.
