If she touches the earth, delicate white flowers sprout from the soil. If she touches the skin of another, their bodies are cleansed of any pain or sickness. If she speaks, her voice entices any listener with its inexplicable tone. And if she sings, miracles happen.

She doesn't go outside, she doesn't touch people, she doesn't speak, and she never sings. Regardless of her desire to do those simple things, her unobliging caretakers would never allow it.

All she can do is sit and watch as the world moves on without her . . . But what will she do when a strange group of travelers enter the village and the barrier standing between her and freedom is finally removed?
Will she flee into a journey full of color? Or will she cower in fear of revisiting the horrors of her bloodstained past?
