This is a daily updated journal/diary thing that started in January of 2018 and has not ended yet. There will be a part two to this book, because I've found writing in this book so relaxing and helpful when it comes to my mental health. • • • Sometimes I feel trapped. Like I can't tell people how I truly feel because they won't understand. This book is more for me than it is anyone else. I hope you get enjoyment out of it, but honestly, it's an outlet for me to express myself. I'm done keeping my emotions trapped inside myself. I'm truly done with that. If you want to read my emotions and my day to day life, go ahead. If your easily offended by my opinions I would suggest not reading this, because it's practically made for my opinions to be shared. If you hate me, read at your own risk, because this is me being my true self. Some things might not be good to read for those who are struggling with mental illnesses because I do describe my own experience with mental illness and describe horrible thoughts, so it might trigger you. If you ever need someone to talk to just dm me. Thanks for reading <3Complete

Things I Don't Get.
So. This is mainly just thoughts and me rambling.. Or ranting... All of the above? Mix in some of my sarcasm and you might just amuse yourself.. Or want to bash your head into your wall because I'm simply that interesting and astounding.... right. So. This should be pretty self-explanatory and the first part should pretty much be a better, or more confusing and more winded, description..Complete
Lose Weight for Good
1st Place Award in Christian Writing Contests 6/2020. After being anorexic and bulimic as a teenager, I saw the light. Later on I became a certified fitness trainer. Since then I've been managing my weight for decades. "Lose Weight For Good" is not a diet-it's a lifestyle. However, if you honestly follow these guidelines, "You'll get fit while others get fed!" I share my own personal story of how I overcame eating disorders. Then I give you motivational tips, fun homework and proper way to lose weight and keep it off for the rest of your life! *I must share this disclaimer. I am not a physician, please see yours before starting any weight-loss regimen. (I borrowed photos on line. This book is free! If you want me to take down a photo-have proof it's yours no problems. Or if you just want credit show me the proof and I am happy to give the credit!)Complete
Sarah Paulson One Shots
Sarah Paulson/her characters/some other characters one shots. I accept requests and will try to write them as fast as I can (pretty much anything except smut) Keep in mind: Some chapters will deal with triggering topics either I've been through or want to shed light on. I'm absolutely not glamorising mental illnesses, I write these to cope and to show that you're not alone. Dm's are always open so don't hesitate to write to me if you need it. Take care.Complete
