Shards Of Truth

We'd all heard the stories of what happened that night. Stories of a single girl who almost brought our city to it's knees. Until then we had all conveyed a false sense of security that nothing could disrupt our glorious Haven. But sometimes stories are just that, stories. They only contain shards of the truth, not the whole picture, just be careful not to cut yourself on the edges.

Due to dominate and recessive genes 25% of the world's population, known as the originals, are born with superhuman powers. Jealous of this trait, scientists developed a way to extract an original's power and 'gift' it among regular people. Because of this, originals are hunted down for their powers, to escape they built a giant city with a dome like force feild that only lets originals enter. They call this city Haven, for that's what it means to them. But what happens when Haven is breached by one of their own? A delicate environmental balance ripped in half for nearly 50 years.
