Her mum was the mad one not her, she didn't belong here. It was her dads fault really an abusive alcoholic slowly destroying her mother. Pershia quickly learnt how to care for her mother forgetting about school an friends. Being alone with a mad woman was no good for a 14 year old girl and that is why she is here now and not her crazy mother.
