Cliques, stereotypes, popularity contests, and teenage drama all mix to create a once in a lifetime experience you'll never forget ― high school.
Lauren Scott has been bullied for years for her good girl reputation. She can live with the snide comments and jabs at her reputation, but she wants one thing more than anything else; her freedom. She lived contently as the golden child her parents wanted for years, followed their rules to the letter, and let them make all of her decisions for her, but feels as though she has let life pass her by. Especially when she catches her father cheating. Lauren comes to realize that even if you do everything as your supposed to, life can still surprise you. She's going to learn to live for herself, and make the rules up as she goes along, but she doesn't know how to live without a guideline. Lauren is forced to ask her biggest tormentor, Kayden Daniels, for help.
Kayden is nothing but trouble, and is willing to turn her whole world upside down with nothing more than a mischievous smirk and a proposition. If she wants his help to remake herself, to change into the person she really wants to be, then she has to pay a price. But what's Kayden's price for helping her shed her stereotypical good girl reputation? Her virginity. It won't have to be given up until her reputation has changed, but Lauren isn't sure she can live with the consequences of making a deal with the devil. But with no one else willing to help her, there's not another option.
But, like I said, maybe she might just be my only hope to get Jordan.
"Okay, so what exactly do you have in mind? What am I supposed to do?"
She gets extremely close to my face and says, "Sleep with Jordan."
"WHAT?!?!" Okay, this bitch for sure crazy. Because I'm pretty sure she's not actually using my definition of sleep.
Jasmine Thomas is not a social butterfly, but her long time crush is, seeing as he's part of the popular circle at Richmount High. And now she's being forced into helping the second most popular girl in school take down the first, Alyssa Hights for unknown reasons. She just know it's in her best interest to do it. But it can't be that bad right? She's getting a whole new look to help her new friend (in a loose term of the word) Jade Mathews get revenge. Maybe her forever crush might actually notice her now? Because that is the focus of the plan of course. To take Jordan Brigerio away from Alyssa, which so happens to be the boy Jasmine has dreamt of having the courage to talk to. But will she actually be able to go through with the plan? Or will Jasmine realize that the new her isn't worth getting involved in the drama of Richmount High School's popular girls turned enemies? Jasmine really just wants to survive junior year, but if she doesn't help Jade, then she's about to find out that Payback's a Bitch.
