Carina has been surviving on her own since the flares first hit. she had managed to get by on thievery and the sheer fact that she was by herself. It's not until she meets a strange woman that her true journey begins. She has to get this woman across the scorch so that she can possibly find the cure to the epic madness that has gripped our world. Will Carina succeed or will they parish in the scorch?
