It wasn't long before Max Perevel was a military agent for the Chinese dictator. He was on a secret mission as a spy in America. And things were going pretty good.

The Earth got destroyed. The earth was the prey of a virus called Max and a world war.

Max is the only survivor.
Max has a special ability which provides resistance to all the viruses. The bullets reflect back hitting him. But he bears no pain. What a special ability, right?

Content Warning-This story is meant for mature audiences. It features adult language, references, situations, sexual content, graphic violence, and gore. Fantasy, horror, and science fiction are my favorite genres to read. They are also my favorite to write. I've enjoyed writing since I won my first writing contest in the fourth grade. That was over twenty-five years ago and I haven't shared a sinlge word of it. Imposter syndrome is a bitch! Well, I finally managed to pull the trigger. Here is "O Negative". It's a mix of all of my favorite genres. I've mixed a fantasy, based on present-day Earth, with plenty of graphic horror and wrapped it all up within a world driven by the technological advancements that only can be obtained from millions of years of civilation. A small group of strangers find themselves surviving in a decimated world. It's bad enough to be stranded in a no-name town, but things become surreal when you realize the vast majority of humanity has died...it becomes terrifying when you realize you aren't that lucky to be alive. "Survivor's Guilt" isn't a thing when you find yourself the sole food source for an entire group of beings that no longer need to hide in the shadows. Man is no longer at the top of the food chain...they are now the cattle.
I Am No Drama God
After a crimson meteor streaked across the sky, human civilization came to a standstill. From that day on, no one could build a rocket, a nuclear bomb, an airplane, or even a car... The towering pyramid of modern science collapsed in an instant-but the catastrophe did not end there. A gray world descended with the crimson meteor, like a ghostly reflection in a shattered mirror, slowly dragging civilization into the abyss of chaos. In this era, human life is as insignificant as dust; in this era, humanity shines like the stars. As the great edifice of civilization crumbles, someone sees a lone performer standing amidst the ruins. His crimson cloak flows like blood, his laughter and tears interwoven. Behind him, the curtain of a new era slowly rises. He spreads his arms wide and whispers to the countless souls before him- "Let the show... begin." It started with Covid 19. Millions died. The Delta Variant, however, shadowed those millions as it killed billions. Chaos had reigned as the body count rose and the less savory aspects of humanity lurched into the light. Tul's last phone call had been to Max. "Stay there, Max! I'm coming to you! Max! I'm coming to you!" Had Max heard? The connection had been horrible. Cutting in and out. Laden with static. It didn't matter. Tul looked down the road for a moment. Littered with cars, debris, bodies... it didn't matter. His tear reddened eyes were resolute. Tul pulled his helmet on and gunned his motorcycle. He was going to Max. He was going home. When Evita starts asking questions Evelyn Sheer, the head of the city's Department of Energy, takes her captive and places her in a secret, underground research facility. Evelyn Sheer and the researchers are trying to create a genetic modification that enables humans to photosynthesize. Once in the facility, Evita is tagged as a test subject and loses all say over what happens to her body. She has to escape. By the time she comes up with a plan there is only one problem.
