Keep Me Warm

Élodie has returned back to the south side of Chicago after seven years of being gone. Her mom has abandoned her and she has nowhere else to go, so she returns to her father, Kev. When she returns she is reunited with her best friends, Debbie and Carl Gallagher.
Her father, V, and the Gallagher's can hardly recognize her. She is not the small and physically fragile child they remember. She doesn't even look her age as far as her body goes. She is still the sweet, polite, and innocent girl they alway know. Carl finds him self far more than attracted to her. His family and friends even accuse him of being in love with Élodie. You could even say she loves him to. How are they going to handle they feelings for each other
