Cressida and her twin brother Adrian come from a long line of vampire hunters, they're the best hunters of their generation. Hunters have heightened senses, enhanced agility and strength. They are trained to kill on sight.
But when a vampire enrolls in the same high school as Cressida, she starts to question the teachings she was raised around. Are all vampires out to destroy hunters? Would it be wrong to fall for one of their kind?
