Elliot her boyfriend comes back junior year completely different. He's now muscular, wears new clothes, rocks a new hairstyle and has this cocky and egotistical personality.

The once bullied Elliot, becomes popular among his peers and leaves Scarlet and all his old friends behind.

Now fast track to senior year. Elliot doesn't acknowledge Scarlet, is now the captain of the basketball team, and the school's golden boy. Scarlet doesn't like this Elliot, she's still hopelessly in love with the old Elliot. Now, in comes Jake Taylor.

He sees Scarlet and is intrigued by her. After a confession about the events with Elliot, Jake decides to help Scarlet get back together with Elliot.
