Officer Thomas Wilkinson shot and killed a nine-year-old kid  with a toy gun in a park in Houston, Texas. Wilkinson was never charged, despite incriminating footage of the shooting. 

Tonight Thomas Wilkinson was shot twice when he answered his front door.

Bobby Calhoun was sent by WHYH - Houston's Family First News Channel to report from the crime scene. He doesn't know it but at the same time, three other cops around the country were being shot down.

Les Bradley was left sitting outside the hospital until his mother reluctantly picked him up. Les Bradley committed suicide one week later. - As Dallas Winston grows feelings for Darry Curtis, sexual and romantic, he recalls Les Bradley. It seems Dallas is homophobic. When Darry tries to get his new lover to admit his feelings after numerous makeout sessions, Dally loses it.
