Rhydian is in Canada when he went after Maddy. She broke up with him a month after his arrival. The sadness sent him spiraling into depression traveling in wolf form through Boreal. Rhydian suffers slowly going from sad, to sadder, to saddest until he meets Alis Lydall. Alis slowly brings Rhydian to being happy again living out in the wild for a year. Rhydian persuades Alis to come back to Stoneybridge with him. If you thought living there and being a Wolfblood was hard then, just wait and see what happens this time.
