{Completed} Highest Ranking: #50 in Fantasy (05/19/17) Book. 3 I almost snorted. "You were scared of me?" I looked up at him, but he continued to watch Genius. "Foster, I was untrained and barely coming into my father's powers. I don't think I'll ever be a match for you." Physically. This time Foster looked down, truth shining in his eyes like sunlight reflecting off the polished surface of a lake. "I wasn't scared of your power, little pet." He said the nickname not out of anger or hate, but love and adoration. It was hard to imagine that at one point and time just hearing those words set my blood boiling... Now it was heated for another reason entirely. "I was scared that if I told you who you really were, you'd realize that I was no match for you." ------------ She is no queen.
