Mikomori Martinez is such a nice girl. She'll do anything for her blind mother. She works hard everyday as a fish vendor until one day Manong Inggo offered her the position of secretary of the  General Manager of the Resort where he works and she accepted it with a little hesitant because she'll be leaving her store to her bestfriend, Apple.  As the time goes by, her Boss, Mr. Miguel Suarez, makes a little mark on her. He accidentally splash a dirty water from street on her before and that she became mad at him before they met on the day of Mori's first day of work. She always answer her Boss in a sarcastic tone but Miguel didn't mind at all. 
   
One day they got along and became friends. They both faced there EXes and moved on, they even act as Girlfriend-Boyfriend infront of Mori's Ex-boyfriend and Ex-Bestfriend. 
    
When there childhood friend came back from U.S., Miguel thought that Michael (Mori and Apple's childhood friend) likes Mori that's why when Mori moved to Manila for study, he court her and then afterward he found out that its not Mori, its Apple that Michael likes. As day passed he pursue Mori because he told to himself that he don't want to lose her and he realizes that he love her already.
   
They became couple and they love each other a lot but until when that love lasts if there's always a misunderstanding in every situation they encounter? What if one day, one of them give up? Are they still going to fight for there love until the end?

Hindi niya hobby magsalita at kung tutuusin ay hindi siya magsasalita kung hindi mo tatanungin o kakausapin at kung tatanungin mo naman siya ay sasagot lang si Rem ng kakarampot o 'di kaya naman tango at iling lang. Pero nagbago ang lahat nang dumating sa buhay niya si Cell, galing din siya sa mayamang angkan. Magkaibigan ang mga magulang nilang dalawa. Kung gaano katahimik si Rem, ay kabaligtaran naman iyon ni Whinny. Isa siyang pilyang babae kaya naman sobra-sobra ang inis sa kaniya ni Rem dahil sa tabas ng dila nito pero, kahit gano'n naman si Cell ay may mabuting puso naman ito sa kapwa. Kaya, hindi imposibleng hindi mahulog ang loob ni Rem kay Cell na unti-unting namuo at naging literal ang pag-iisa nang kanilang Sperm Cell at Egg Cell.
