I turned the letter over in my hand, I hadn't seen my dear sister, Cecilia, since the fire, the doctors weren't sure she'd make it and she'd spent the past two years recovering from her extensive injuries. I'd thought I'd lost her. The letter was written in her beautiful hand on fine parchment in a beautiful lavender ink. Sebastian entered my study with tea and gave me a curious look. Ciel Phantomhive, the main character in this story is 18 years old, not like the Ciel Phantomhive from that anime who is 13. I have taken him away from his very amorous and well lived life of being rich. In this story, he is a commoner. Though there are some aspects where Ciel is still bearing some of his attitudes in the anime (arrogant, possessive, and poker faced) , he is somewhat a bit tamed here. Sebastian Michaelis , the demon guardian is not actually just a demon here though he has the powers of a demon. He is a mixed of everything, so he's a hybrid.
