The Silent Hills

What do you do when the Grim Reaper stalks you? You fall in love with him of course.

16 year old Freya Walker lead a fairly normal life, or at lest she thought she did in till she finds out her father is the Red Ridge Ripper, a serial killer Seattle police and the FBI have been looking for mouths for. When the madman Finley goes after his real targets: Freya and her mother, she does what even fate thought she couldn't and shots him to death.
A year later after miraculously recovering from a stab wound that should have killed her she and her mother move to the small Arizona town of Winchester to care for her elderly grandmother, she doesn't expect much other then to try and get over her troubling past but she gets so much more then she barged for when a sexy guy brings a dog he claims to have hit with his car into the animal clinic where she works.
Seeming to set in motion a series of deadly events, terrifying dreams of a place full of ash filled desecrated cities, and burning forests.
Things get even more complicated when Freya finds out the protector she's grown to care for and rely on is acutely the Grim Reaper and he's suppose to take her soul to the Silent hills , a hellish hereafter for supernatural beings and people with paranormal abilities.
As her physic abilities manifest her time of dying is fast approaching. But will he be able to reap the soul of the one thing he's ever loved or will being in love with death be what saves Freya in the end?
