SO DARK THE NIGHT is, at once, a supernatural thriller and an homage to film noir and the hard-boiled fiction of Raymond Chandler and James Crumley.
The novel features a unique partnership between Cassandra Zinnea and Evgeny Nightstalk, two detectives who specialize in strange cases transpiring between dusk and dawn. Their clientele consists of people who only venture out at night and so it's not unusual for all manner of strange figures (including ambulatory corpses) to show up during office hours.
