"The Odd New World" is a fictional story told in the perspective of a young woman in a post-apocalyptic world who goes on a journey to find any way to escape the planet and find her people again after her world was invaded by various otherworldly creatures. The creatures now roam all across the world, spreading new plant life and increasing their numbers with much more ease as most of humans have either been killed, or escaped the planet before things progressively got worse for humans. All the creatures are not anything the woman has ever seen before. Rebecca, his lover, traveled in time for multiple occasions trying to find a solution to save humankind and the planet from severe contamination. Once, she saw his lover dying in the future for rejecting a direct order from the government. Rebecca Alingston decides to forcefully transform Dillon into a super robot which will be known as H.O.P.E. As part of her plan, Hope will save humankind and Earth, then later in the future will save her. After the transformation Hope turns out to have a partial amnesia and doesn't remember about his past person. Now he will try to find out who he is and why is he programmed to save humanity. The humans who landed on the little planet had nearly lost all hope until they stumbled upon unknown ancient ruins beneath the planet's surface where they discovered untold amounts of bizarre advanced technology. Earth and humanity were saved, and the little planet to thank for their salvation was named Umbra. Alice is a xenoarchaeologist, her passion in life has always been the study of ancient cultures, and now she has the opportunity to study the most ancient one of them all.
