At every school, there are the popular kids who basically have their whole lives rolled out for them. At Johnson High School, these people are called the Cana. They have it all, good looks, wealth, and stunning grades. Everyone dreams to be them, but the thing about dreams is that they rarely come true.
Copper Mountain is a freshman starting at Johnson High School. She has watched the Cana for all her life...along with anyone else who grew up in the small town of Canmore. The difference between Copper and everyone else is that she doesn't look at the Cana because they are wearing the newest trend or because she wanted to be them. She looked at them because their was something off about this group of kids.
Will Copper get herself into trouble with the Cana by looking into something that isn't her business? Or will she uncover the mystery that revolves around this strange group of kids.
