The boys and Teresa had fun in the glade, celebrating and partying. They did their jobs and everything was going smoothly. It was getting close to when the new Greenie was due to arrive, they were hoping for it to be a girl for the sake of Teresa.
When the new Greenie arrived unconscious, the boys were unsure on what to do and had a painful memory of when Teresa first arrived. This new Greenie was a slim build but seemed to have muscle.
After they took the girl to the med-jacks on the second floor of the homestead, Newt began to feel connected to her and visited her every day for as long as possible. Jeff and Clint began to get worried about him as he rarely slept and Alby soon got involved banning him from seeing her.
About a week after the girl woke up to a boy's face. She was confused and scared as she didn't know her name or who these people were. She wanted to run but she didn't know where to run. After about 3 days she began to make friends with the boys especially Gally. A day later Gally helps her remember her name. Rumours began to spread around the glade about Gally liking her.
After the girl remembered her name everything began to change. For two weeks the doors would not open and the box came up each and every day. Alby, Newt and Gally became concerned about this. They had started to think it might have something to do with the girl, but who would know?

If I was you, I very strongly suggest you don't mess with her. She's may look like a Jane Doe, but don't mess with her. One bad move with her, you're screwed. The usual starter pack of some character being the first girl in the glade and blah, blah, blah. Yeah..not what I'm gonna do. Let's start like this, trapped, hopeless, with no way out. That is the life in the glade. No one knows why they are there or how to get out. They try to keep each other in a state of sweet ignorance. Just to keep their sanity. But the ones that were there the longest they know. They know the hard truth that would cause other gladers to lose their minds. These few chosen ones became fearless. Warning: As my bio says I am not a native English speaker, I am from Slovakia and English is just my second language. And because Slovakia is some lost country in the middle of Europe I didn't yet get my hands on the Maze Runner books in English I only read them in Slovak and let me tell you that isn't as good...So I will be mainly basing this book on the movie, of course using some things from the books as well from time to time. In fact, all she knows is that she is the only girl in the Glade, as they called it, trapped behind huge walls where they are infested with slimy Grievers. While Rosalee has to learn to adapt to her new home, she gets to know a certain British second-in-command named Newt. Soon after, she begins to fall for him. But when things begin to go awry in the Glade, can Rosalee confess her feelings to Newt before it's too late? Disclaimer: I do not own The Maze Runner or its characters. They belong to James Dashner. I wake up to the sound of metal clanging off metal. It isn't a peaceful awakening I think. It was pitch black wherever I am, yet there is a sliver of light at the top of this.....tunnel maybe. I try to stand up but end up hitting my head on something which i guess is the top of this box. Where am i? i question myself. Wait,who am i? I couldn't remember my name or anything yet i knew the basic stuff like math and science and i'm a human. The box i'm in is quickly picking up speed. I sit back down and watch as the top of the tunnel comes to a halt as the box has suddenly stopped. The Glade. It's a scary place. Teresa is the first girl to arrive in the Glade? False. The first girl in the Glade was in fact Mia, she arrived over a year before Thomas and Teresa. The reason no one talks about her, they all think she is dead. Mia arrived in the box, same as everyone else but here's the catch, she doesn't talk. Not can't, doesn't. After a few months in the Glade Mia is sick of it, she runs off into the Maze at sundown. The Gladers assume she is dead when they don't hear from her for a week. But in reality she has been living in the maze with the Grievers, she made friends with a few of them and they protected her from the others, she runs around the maze during the night and hides during the day so that the Runners wouldn't see her. She has lived like that for almost a year now, watching over her Glader friends from afar. Each month she would watch as the new Greenie would come up in the box but then one night after a year in the maze her friends Minho and Alby get stuck in the Maze with the new Greenie. Mia joins them and starts to feel something for the Greenie. She joins in the adventure, surprising all the Gladers. This is her journey. This is a Maze Runner, Thomas X OC, fanfiction. What if?
What if... Teresa never went with Thomas when she died, but instead, got the serum and went to try to save Newt without anyone knowing. Everyone would be gone to the Safe Heaven thinking Newt and Teresa are dead. But 1 month later, Newt woke up, healthy again and cured. Newt and Teresa then make a team to try and get back to the Safe Heaven where is everyone. This is an alternative end for The Maze Runner : The Death Cure (because I'm clearly still not over Newt's death and I'm so mad that they killed him, so yeah...)
