"There is always two types of people in this world of high school. There is the shy girl that gets bullied and hurt (aka me) and the popular guy that's a jerk and a player. But I'm not here to tell a story about two cross pathed lovers. I'm here to tell the story of how I fell in love with the one and only Casey Martinez. I'm Jessica Rodriguez and here is my story...." " I'm not known as the popular guy at school, but im not down there either. Let's just say I'm good friends with Luke Evins the total heartbreaker of the school at Lind Lord High. Enter Casey. A music obsessed girl with a wild spirit and big dreams. She dresses in simple band t-shirts and hangs with a small group of people. They aren't outcasts yet they aren't popular. You don't mess with them. You hurt one of them you're a dead man walking. Enter Nathan. A very shy boy with bad thoughts and no emotion. He's the schools outcast, suffering from horrific bullying every day. He dresses in nothing but sweater vests and kahkis. He doesn't have friends, and suffers from it. Maybe, if people would look a little closer, they'd realize there is more to this shy boy. What will happen when somebody actually takes that risk?
