"Tessa!" Mom called, "go down to the basement and get my Thai cookbook from the bookshelf."
I hated going down there, it was cold, dark and musty. I sighed to myself and started towards the basement. As I walked down the stairs, I tried turning the light on but all it did was flicker a few times, so I pulled out my cellphone and used a flashlight app. I was pulling books out and I finally found the Thai cookbook but another book fell out as I went to grab it out. I heard clicks and gears grinding, slowly, the bookshelf went into the floor and disappeared, only to reveal a black and white staircase, spiraling down a narrow opening, leading into darkness. I forgot about the cookbook and descended down the staircase. It seemed to go on forever until I saw an iron door about three feet tall. There was an old bronze circle full of different symbols and gears, I pressed a gear as the silver door creaked open to reveal a dim lighted room with a silver hourglass.

Hi Readers, Before you read this book, I just wanted to say that I am currently in the process of rewriting this story. Changes, whether they are big or small will be applied and things will most likely be cut. I am looking towards making this story more consistent since its not evident in the first draft. I hope that you will continue to support this story nevertheless of the changes made. Kindest Regards, Christine *** Prologue "She's here! We've found her!" The girls parents came racing over to the river bank that separated the two werewolf packs. "She's not breathing! Why isn't she breathing?!" The man pushed the woman out of the way gently and leaned down to check the young girls breathing. He put one hand on the girl's chest and started compression. He checked the girl's breathing again and continued with compression. The girls started to cough up river water. The man pulled her swiftly to her side so that she could expel the rest of the water out through her mouth. "Oh, honey!" the woman gathered the girl up in her arms and squeezed. The girl looked around disorientated. There were strange men and men from her own pack standing around her. "What happened?" She murmured. The woman looked down at her daughter with tears flowing down her face. "You nearly died." *** *Check out the rest of the prologue for more* #1 HigherPower #1 EpicBattles 2# Flames 2# PackMates 36# Power Copyright © All Rights Reserved 2020 NeoNixButterfly21/Christine Copyright © All Rights Reserved 2021 NeoNixButterfly21/Christine Copyright © All Rights Reserved 2022 NeoNixButterfly21/Christine ~ All chapters hereafter are protected by copyright. A story. But all legends are based off of truth. "Don't go out after dark," My father said. "Don't go anywhere alone," My father said "Don't go deep into the woods, for that is where he waits," My father said. I never broke a rule. I was a good girl. But my question always was, what do I do when the monster comes out to play? *** I was blind, so I slowly walk forward, not knowing where he is exactly. But I use my senses. I let this connection pull into a direction. As I slowly walk ,I reach my hand out, "Where are you?" I asked quietly. A big and calloused hand touches my own. From that one touch, electric shocks courses through my body, a strange and warming sensation. I flinched and gasped in fright. The big and strong hand gently grabs mine and softly pulls me forward. A breath hits my face slightly. I was right in front of him. He leans down toward my ear, his lips almost touching it. His breath makes chills run over my neck as he whispers very quietly with a deep and rough voice, "Here I am." *** If you want this book to make sense to you, I would suggest you read Book 2 of my Blood Moon Pack series, it completed and ready to read. You can still read this as stand alone, however there is more information held in Book 2.

"What the fuck did we bump into?" Damien yells. The entire room rattles. Window frame movement puts too much stress on the glasses. The lights going on and off as if some weirdo is busy toying with them, the light fixture's wires become exposed, and vases crash on the ground from top cupboards followed by books and magazines. Her eyes showed nothing but pure white as she tossed and turned vigorously on the small hospital bed, blinking multiple times. "DO NOT TOUCH HIM!" She yells. This fuels the shaking edifice more. "Do something!" I scream at the doctor who is standing there flummoxed just as we are. Out of nowhere, a bright light engulfs her. "What the actual fuck?" goes the doctor dropping the clipboard in his hands. The ECG machine goes into a wild paced beeping. "DON'T! "She shouts once more sitting up, blasting us away. My back connects with a hard object behind me. The sound of shattering glasses, exploding machines and light bulbs follow .A sharp high pitch sound ringing inside my ears caused by the blast. . I feel myself getting weak as my back aches from being hit. By the time am conscious enough the sound of buzzing sockets as a result of short out wires that produce bright sparks in the now dark room are all I see and hear for a moment, lights flickering simultaneously. Later, I hear someone giving orders from outside our room accompanied by indistinct voices from agitated people being guided out of the building. My eyes scan the room searching for Damien. I heave a sigh of relief to see him laying on the ground his head leaning lazily on the door. A figure moves adjacent from me. The doctor takes closer yet cautious steps towards the girl still seated on the bed her eyes shut. "What in the world of the X-Men are you?"

Varg's hand lifted and slammed on the wall right beside my head before he resumed holding my wrist. "They. Took. YOU!" He was looking past me now, his eyes full of rage and fear. "I chose to go-" I started but he cut me off. "I know!" he raged. "That's what makes it worse! Just... stop getting stolen from places! They come and you go and I have to track you, find you, all over again and one day I may not be able to!" "Fine! Then don't!" I was so angry, furious because I felt guilty and I had no idea why. "It's not a god damn choice Princess, it's a COMPULSION!!!" he roared, his voice full of despair and sorrow. "Just tell me where you want to go and we will go. But stop fucking leaving me and disappearing! Where do you want to go, huh? Right now, tell me, and that's where we'll go!" "Is that so?" I laughed bitterly. "You are bound as I am. I cannot escape Mother, but you cannot take me ANYWHERE while Mythros still holds your tether!" --- Highest Held Rankings: #1 in CinderellaPhenomenon #1 in Fritz #1 in Varg I have some canon details but this is primarily about building the relationship between Varg and Lucette (Fritz already had his happy ending and this isn't it.) It also doesn't pick up the story until after the princess awakes from her coma. The first few chapters will cover material from the story but in a slightly different light and with some canon divergence. There will be spoilers. Also, PG-13 does not suit Varg, as far as I am concerned, so expect this to be significantly more explicit than anything in the original once we get into the story a bit. HEED THE TAGS. This is kinky. This has primal smut. It's completely okay if this isn't your thing, but no one gets to be mad about the level or type of kink in this story. You have been forewarned.

If you have questions about, don't hesitate to ask. The roof crashed down at the speed of lightning, crushing me under the table as I gasped for air. My mind scrambling to process what had happened as I felt rubble falling around me, surrounding me in darkness. I reached up, my arm stinging as I hit the hard wood table over me, which was keeping the rubble off me, miraculously. I wiped my forehead, sweat, and probably blood dripping down my arm and side of head as I reached for a nearby rock, trying to push on it, hoping that it might help me out of this disaster. "Mom? Betty?" I called, hoping for a response, only to get none. I didn't even get the slightest whimper from any of them. What the heck happened? "Mom?! Betty?!" I screamed this time, trying to push myself up onto my back, my leg killing me so much that I had to give up. I laid back down on the ground, placing my hand on the bottom of the table; anger, fear, confusion getting the best of me. I screamed as I banged my fists on the wood table. "MOM? BETTY?" Nothing. I was ready to bang on the wood again, but I flinched back when I heard the sound of moving rubble. Whoever it is was almost near where I was, and ... moving quickly. So, there's no possible way that it was a human. It would take hundreds do men to lift these boulders, but whoever this person is, is stronger than anyone I would kn- My thoughts froze as I watched something large wrap around the edges of the table, lifting it up; my eyes widening as I came face to face with the largest creature known to mankind. A giant. (This is my book from my own brain. These are my own characters based off my family members. Please do not steal it.)

Jenny and I were way ahead of the others. He was talking but I was thinking and ignored him. Instead I was enjoying the beauty of nature, looking at all the beautiful trees. Then suddenly one of the trees caught my attention. It was very big, tall, and beautiful. For some reason I was immediately attracted to it. I stopped in front of it and observed it. My boyfriend was still mumbling. I reached out and touched the tree. Then I realized there was writing on it. It looked like someone had carved it with a knife, but the letters looked too good to be made by someone carelessly. Unless they are an artist or something. PINTU KE DUNIA LAIN. "I wonder what's written there," Jenny said. "Entrance to another world," I said, staring at the words. "How do you know what's written there? What language is it?" "I don't know. Somehow, it seems familiar." "How?" "I don't know." I began to feel the words on the tree, then I began to trace the words with my finger. Jenny clung to me as usual. When I traced the last letter of the last word, suddenly a blue light appeared. The light grew into a large ring around the pitch black portal. Without understanding why, I moved towards it. Jenny tried to stop me but she was small and I was strong. We both disappeared from where we stood. Then fell to the ground in the forest. But this forest was different. This was definitely not America.
