Harmony Ellis is due for an extremely risky surgery that only has a 12% success rate. The Thomas's are a very well-off family with four boys. Their house is usually the main hangout for the boys and their friends. He spends most of his free time away from his house and hanging out at either the Thomas or the Copperfield house. He can't wait to go off to college with his friends and get away from his dad and the stupid little town he grew up in. How will things change for them over the next year? This will be a series of 4, but the other books will be spin-offs and can be read as stand-alone books. They will, however, be published in chronological order. Full warning, this book is much shorter than I intend on making the spin-offs. I was planning on writing book two as the first in the series but found myself needing more of a prequel to all three other books, and so I chose to write something from their high school years. Some of the plot is being changed so there might be a few areas that get confusing, nothing too much though) Funny how life decides to act like a roller coaster. The ups and down come in a split second. You can't decide whether you want fast or slow. Dangerous or steady. But you don't get a choice. You go with the flow. No matter what. I'm Phoenix Wood, the misfit, and outcast of my town. Instead of a roller coaster my life's more like a train wreck. My adventure loving parents were lost at sea and I was left to my aunt Clare Small. Like I said, train wreck... Not roller coaster, TRAIN WRECK. Not to mention the fact that I end up stuck with the bad boy. Could it get any worse? Secrets unravel and life gets a bit more complicated that it used to be. But it must go on. She's stuck with the bad boy. Or is it the other way around?
