Carefully To Tread
I believe this was my first attempt at writing long-form fiction, back in 2003. Fan fiction was a fantastic way to get my sea legs, so to speak. It's interesting to see where I was then, as a writer. Re-reading it, I had to stop myself from editing anything. I had a good chuckle at the unabashed, sappy romance of the story, but I'm still rather fond of it. And proud. Summary: Set mid-season 6. Begins at the end of ‘Once More With Feeling’. Buffy needs something to make her feel alive, but she already has something, if she’ll only open her eyes. This is a btvs/supernatural xo fanfic. I'm obsessed with the idea of Faith and Dean. So perfect. I own none of the rights to the characters or basic storyline. All credit goes to joss whedon and the other producers and writers of supernatural and buffy. Also, none of the pictures, manips or gifs belong to me. I got them off Google bc I'm terrible at that stuff. I'll try to stay as close to the character origins as possible. But it will definitely not be exact. It has been about seven months since the Scoobies' last hurrah. They have all just adjusted to the latest turn of events. Since Spike's death, Buffy has spent her time training and hanging out with Willow, Xander, and Dawn (before she sent her to a boarding school in California-where Angel can protect her if she needs it). Giles has gone to England to take some much needed time off. Riley returns. join the Scoobies in another adventure, hellion, as loves and strengths are tested, demons are unleashed, new weapons are created, and new spells are cast. warning! this story contains graphic content both sexual and bloody. it takes off nearly a year after the series finale. many characters from the beloved TV show are back!
