I am completely alone. My name is Amelia Starr, I am 17, and I am a Soulshifter. My family put me in an orphanage when I was eight and three days later I saw the news saying they were killed. I was left a journal about my kind, a dagger, and a necklace. That night I cried myself to sleep, but I made sure no one heard me. When I was fifteen I sneaked out with only a duffel bag and escaped the orphanage. I've been in wolf form living in the forest ever since only changing back when absolutely necessary. Whenever I was in a completely isolated area I practiced shifting in forms to help me stay hidden. I've been since then with only a pack of wild wolves as family. The only question is when would it end?
