Jeffery Woods, aka 'Jeff the Killer', has been commiting murders since the death of his parents at his hands. Now 20, and hiding in the small town of Clayfield, he is keeping a low profile from the authorities. Unfortunatley, a reporter with more to them than they show is out to get him, dead or alive.
