Everybody - except you. The only people who are not programmed are those who are descendants of the Royals. But, one day, a girl named Giana doesn't die, although she's supposed to. She is sent to the Royals and discovers a phenomenon and now she must choose- eternal life with a man she loves, or leading the world's greatest revolution-but risking her life in the process.

"Breath." He orders. I start to breathe again and just blink at him. "Now go." He orders me again. I flinch involuntarily at his tone and jump back slightly. "Please don't let me walk home alone."
