So, I'm kinda clumsy.

I tripped when I walked across the stage to receive my high school diploma, knocked down a ladder that was supporting my dad, and sneezed into a wall. Yup, you read that right. I sneezed myself into a wall.

So maybe I am a walking train-wreck trapped in a lanky twenty-two-year-old girl's body. At least my family loves me-tolerates me might be a better way of phrasing it-but even with my clumsiness I'm still able to get by with minimal craziness and just a whole lot of embarrassment. A whole lot.

That is until the fateful September day I find myself chasing a chicken into a wedding cake. My sister's wedding cake. . . on her wedding day. . . in the middle of the reception. . . in front of two hundred other guests.

I've got a new number one on my list of embarrassing moments, but this time I swear it wasn't my fault. I blame that chicken, my grandma, and the stupid bowtie she put on it, probably hoping to marry me off, so she can have the best man all to herself.

Okay, fine, so maybe it was totally my fault, but. . . This is how it happened

"I... Am here to see you.", I told him as I placed my hands around his neck. I could feel my heart beat getting faster but I had to keep it strong if I had to survive this scenario. "What?", Brandon asked completely startled. I leaned in more closer to him. The only good thing in this entire scene was that he wasn't pushing me back due to my creepy behaviour. "Oh... Bran, I was missing you so much, I just... I needed to see you.", I said as I came up with lie. "Are you drunk?", Brandon asked as he leaned in closer trying to smell my mouth. Thank God Fel had given me her mint gum only moments before I went commando and came inside the locker room. "What?", I scoffed still standing extremely close to Brandon. "I just.... I was missing your gorgeous face.", I told another lie. But wait? His face is gorgeous so that isn't a lie. And was I not missing seeing him? I noticed Brandon who just had his eyes popped out of his socket with bewilderment at my words. I decided to peck him on the cheek before I storm out of the locker room. I leaned ahead to peck Brandon who moved his face in my direction and instead of his cheeks, our lips crashed. Brushing against each other, our lips touched. I could feel fireworks exploding inside my entire body. With my neurological system not responding anymore. ******* Depicting the hostility and vulnerability of a young woman to a society the story centers around a normal sophomore, Amy Cole, who had a normal life. Well way too normal for her situation. Amy's life was all good until one day, when her friends dumped her and blamed her for something she never even did. Her life takes a complete turn as her childhood crush, Brandon Mayhew, the Mayor's son, who once broke her heart, rushes back into her life through a series of events. With new friends, shifting thoughts, confused feelings and fighting anxiety and standing for the right thing. Amy makes her way to the top. Only to get at the top of everyone's hate list.

*18+ Mature themes and language* Little did Alice know when she started a part time job in a hotel that it would end up changing her life. The tattooed boy and blue haired girl rescued her from a life her father had forced upon her, and together they could take on the world. * * * * * * "Tag! You're such a dick!" Two guys are stood in the doorway, one with a red stain on the front of his chef whites and a bowl on the floor in between his feet, shaking his head. He looks about thirty, with dark stubble covering his lower face, dark short hair peppered with white hair. The other guy catches my attention more. He is almost doubled over laughing at his friend, and has the cutest dimples. His hair is dark blonde, shaved up the sides but long in a strip down the center of his head. His ears have several piercings, with a large patterned gauge at the bottom lobe of each ear. There are tattoos just showing on his neck and arms from underneath his top. And in his arms is a platter with a huge carrot cake on top. "My bad Sammy" the blonde manages to get out between chuckles. "I'll clean it up in a second." He saunters over to me and leans past to put down the cake, winking up at me. "Gotta love a man who can bake, huh?" I feel my cheeks burn as I look into his blue eyes. "Um.....I guess...." I squeak.
