Answer The Simple Question "Who Am I?"

Somethings are better left forgotten, while other things you need to remember.
That's how the questions came easy.
Thats how the answers were hard to find.
After his death, a simple face allowed him to remember what he had once forgotten.
Yet, it didn't answer the simply question "Who am I?".
