After sort of a bad first impression, they start to become friends as he shows him what his new home is like. Zach can't help but like Rush. It was something about him that made you glad that you were with him. But no one can be perfect. Just like the saying "If it's too good to be true, it probably is," Nate finds out that even though Rush is cooler than anyone else he's ever met, he has a past that proves life isn't always good to the good people.
