The Guardians are after Celeste. What she has done is possibly one of the worst things known to these genetically engineered humans. Not only did she lie to them about her true identity, but she has also sinned against their beliefs.
The blood that flows through her veins is tainted by dark magic and it threatens to corrupt her very being. There is a war inside of her; between her mind and her heart. The heart offering empty promises in the form of a brooding Vampire Prince while the mind offers a sweet, deadly bliss that has a hunger for blood and fear.
All the while, the Vampire Kingdom threatens to hunt down the Siren race and take over the human world, with Celeste standing in the midst of it all. What ever is a poor girl to do?
