I am in a production of treasure island that my director wrote as a musical and some of the actors wanted to know some back stories. Ive decided to write a story on how the pirates came to be. Most of these characters are made up from the director but their are a few actual characters like Flint and Billy Bones and Ben Gunn (ben is female in our play so she is named bonnie). Hope you enjoy!

Meant to be - a Descendants story (Bal)
Once upon a time, in a kingdom known as Auradon, lived a young prince. He was one of the most kind and caring princes the kingdom ever had. He cared about everyone, even the ones no one thought were actually worth caring for. One day, the month before his coronation, he made his first proclamation. He wanted to give the children of the villains his father had abandoned to the isle of the lost, an equal chance in Auradon. And so he invited four villain kids to Auradon Prep. Mal, daughter of Maleficent; Jay, son of Jafar; Carlos, son of Cruella de Vil; and Evie, daughter of the Evil Queen. He didn't really know them well personally, but only heard good stories about them and that was proof enough for him. CURRENTLY EDITING Most fairytales start with Once upon a time... and well, this one too, although this might not seem like your typical fairytale... So, once upon a time there lived a young girl in a big kingdom. Well, she didn't actually live in the kingdom, but on an island by the kingdom. This island was more like a prison where all people were banned who were a threat to the kingdom. This girl isn't one of them, but she's the daughter of one of those people. She grew up imprisoned on that island with her friends, Jay, Caros and Evie and honestly, they didn't think it was too bad. But that could also be because they didn't know any better. They'd watch tv and see Auradon, the place where princes and princesses grew up, where heroes were living their best lives, where kids were happily playing in the sun, where people had proper education and had jobs that actually mattered. But for as far as Mal and her friends cared, life on the Isle was good enough for them and they were just going with it, until one day everything changed. They got invited to Auradon by soon to be king Benjamin. It was difficult to change into that lifestyle, but the four vk's hadn't even really come to Auradon to do that. They had been commissioned by their parents to find Fairy Godmother's wand and free the Isle of the Lost, so they could take over the kingdom. They had a plan to steal that wand during the coronation of prince Ben, but during the time in between arriving in Auradon and the coronation, Mal found herself falling in love with the prince. Not only did she fall in love with him, the four vk's fell in love with the kingdom and realized that living there wasn't such a bad idea. Maleficent on the other hand didn't let go that easily and tried to fight them, but together they defeated her and got her turned into a tiny green lizard. And so it all ended well, you'd say. But this was not the end of the story, no, there's much more to come...
Love Through The Years (Shanks x oc fanfic)
There's an island in the Grand Line not really seen on maps, but it's kind to the people that doc there. One bar on the island is especially kind to Pirates, mostly because natives hardly go there. When a certain red haired pirate docs his ship for supplies, that's the first place he and his crew go to . . . Only to see that it's run by women. He catches the light blue eyes of one of the bartenders, and she laughs at every story he tells her. Before Shanks ship has to depart, he tells the girl he'll come back every chance he gets, and he does, their love blossoms through the years, with more twist and turns then the ocean currents of the Grand Line. They are determined to see each other, and if it means waiting years, then good thing he's on a wanted poster.
