The Second Doctor is on the cusp of regeneration. Travelling With the Doctor
When the Doctor found me, I had no identity. No name, no belongings. I was malnourished and sickly before he found me. When he did find me, immediately I was thrust into a world full of family and friends, something I had no memory of. Little did he know, 13 year old Rachel Janison was in the house, waiting to be found. Rachel is an outgoing, fearless, but innocent teenager. Well, at most times she is. The Doctor finds her trapped inside her house in the middle of a hurricane, all alone and terrified. As her and her father's house starts to slowly fall apart, he takes her into the TARDIS and takes her on a trip "until the storm passes".
