The human body is capable of all sorts of things to survive difficult situations. Alexander Reyes is a third-generation business heir who developed a mental disorder called Schizophrenia, a severe brain disorder in which people interpret reality abnormally. Schizophrenia may result in some combination of hallucinations, delusions, and extremely disordered thinking and behavior. While Alexander is giving a mayhem inside the hospital, he accidentally met Stephen Cortez, a fourth year psychiatric resident who made him calm for an unknown reason. Alexander's personal secretary found out what happened and forced the hospital's professor to hire Stephen as Alexander's personal psychiatrist. Contrary to his will, Stephen has no choice but to accept the offer since Alexander's secretary forced the professor to drop out Stephen out of the hospital. Stephen became Alexander's secret psychiatrist because he can't let his family who is so proud of him for becoming a psychiatrist know that he became a dropout of the hospital. Things began to get complicated when Stephen's twin brother Steven found out about his secret and started to forced Stephen to stop being Alexander's personal psychiatrist. Stephen is clueless why his twin brother is doing this but little did they know is that Steven has something up under his sleeves that may change the flow of each and everyone's daily lives.
