Shadow is kinda shady, no one knows much about him or his past. Amy is kind hearted girl, no one really knows about her past either, but they do know she had a crush on sonic since day one, but sonic isn't so nice and turns down Amy. Hard.
Amy is heart broken for went felt like entirely.
Shadow hates to see her like this and gives her the true love she needs.
