"You weren't suppose to fall in love me." His voice comes out flat, almost lifeless. The warm green eyes that I fell for, the ones that I find myself thinking about before I fall asleep at night, look at me as if I am his enemy, sent to destroy him rather than be with him.
"Y-you love me too, I know you do." I reach out for him, taking his hand in mine. Please say that you love me too, I think to myself so I won't set him off.
"You should have never sent that stupid letter." Violently, he pulls his hand away from mine then turns on his foot and walks away from me.
