mark discovers that he has magical abilities, and is part of a group of special beings called 'magicians' (individuals gifted with special powers). he is unable to control these powers, until a boy called jack arrived, helping mark to keep his powers in check. feelings are gained, but one thing - humans and magicians can't be together, or a fatality will occur.
