I've had this story in the drafts for I don't know how long, and it's just now that I had the guts to post it :) It's not a sad story - even if the title and the tagline suggest that it is. I don't know why I wrote it, but I was inspired by a manga I read before, so there. :D

The Irony
Fate sure knows how to play tricks. RJ is one of the people who go about their days without actually living. For him, he had no other reason to live other than to give his family a good life. There's a saying that goes, "opposites attract". Two different people sometimes compliment each other to make a relationship work, but in some cases, these differences drive two people apart. RJ and Maine must find a middle ground. Unfortunately, circumstances have put them on opposite ends of the stick with opposing view about life. With their contrasting outlooks in life, will they learn to meet eye-to-eye to save their non-existent relationship?
