What would you do if the neighbor's son, all grown up and just as frustrating, came back for the summer and wouldn't leave you alone?
***************************

Meet Iqra Ahmed.

She's the middle child in a family of five children. While her siblings are all "perfect" in one sense of the word or another, Iqra is just...average. She's earned her reputation as clumsy, rebellious, and stand-offish, constantly being compared to her siblings for not doing things "right."

But when her next-door neighbor, Yousuf, comes home from boarding school to attend her older brother's wedding during the summer, Iqra isn't sure what to do. Here's a guy who's all-in on everything...all the time. And he won't leave her alone. He's driving her crazy and she's not sure how she'll survive the summer until her brother's wedding.

Join Iqra as she navigates the tricky roads of friendship and faith in a summer of cake, swordfights, and trust falls.

It was an unspoken rule for Misha Yousaf to stay clear of those creatures, to stay clear of men and boys alike. Coming from a conservative Muslim family, for as long as she can remember, the only male interaction she has had in her life is with her father, brothers and male cousins. To make sure this rule was enforced, Misha's over protective brothers had carefully managed to shelter her from the 'dangers' of the outside world as they called it, for sixteen years of her life by enrolling her in all-girls school and whatnot. But things were about to take a very dark turn as one harmless action by Misha causes her to land in a mess she can't get out off. Things aren't looking bright for Misha Yousaf when she involuntarily catches the attention of a certain politician's son, Ibraheem Narejo. Ibraheem Narejo is everything Misha is not. Despite being a Muslim, all his habits contradict his religion. He drinks, he parties and is the epitome of spoiled to the core. With parents who shower love on him since he is an only child and don't restrict him from doing anything, Ibraheem has come to believe that nothing can stop him. If he commits a crime, his father covers it up with his money. He is untouchable. Ibraheem gets a virtual slap on the face when he gets a reality check from a creature he least expected, a girl. ~ Two souls tied together by the red thread of fate. Entwined so deeply that even if they try to go against all forces of the world, they will come back to each other. A beautifully emotional yet deeply moving story of two people who fell in love and never managed to break free of the chains that came with it.

An exhilarating journey into academia's thrilling world-a book is in the works! I'm diving into a story of fierce academic rivals who might just discover love amidst their intellectual clashes. ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Mirha Ahmed, the only child of wealthy parents, is admired for her beauty, intelligence, and humility. Although introverted and stern toward strangers, she is kind and affectionate with her close friends and family. Her upbringing made her sensitive, but she deeply respects her parents and avoids actions that might disappoint them. Mirha shares a strong bond with her childhood friends, Zoha and Farwa, whom she considers sisters. The trio, inseparable since school, is now preparing for university entrance exams with hopes of studying together. Zain Ali, a sharp and confident young man, is the eldest in his family with a close bond to his younger sister, Marukh. Known as "Mr. Brainy," Zain balances intelligence and humor, though his non-serious nature sometimes frustrates his loved ones. He shares a deep friendship with Saad, whom he calls a brother. While Zain avoids romantic entanglements, he is diligent in his studies, preferring the quiet of the night to prepare for university exams. The story follows the lives of Mirha and Zain, two ambitious and unique individuals, hinting at a future intertwining of their paths. ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• Tropes: Grumpy X Sunshine Enemies to Lovers Rivals to Lovers All Rights Reserved.©️

#4 in highschoollovestory on 11/2/2020 ****This book starts off with the present time of a wedding and reveals a hidden love story**** Now, going to be married, Sairah reminisces about her past love story. Sairah's a hijabi... and life as a hijabi isn't easy at Kendale High School. Sairah is witty, sarcastic, modest and beautiful. She receives looks of admiration, and hatred because of her loyalty to her religion. However, one day someone takes things too far... Ahmed, the new kid was also Muslim and had just moved to LA. He's bold, charming, egoistic, handsome, and sometimes gets a little too in over his head. However, when Sairah's and his path clash insults are exchanged and so is flattery. Learn the eventual result of these two hot-headed Muslims and where life takes them... Both start off with a rather teasing and sarcastic friendship, but time leads them into something more-- something beautiful. ************************************************************************************************ "Now? Now I have to deal with you throwing all your hard work for a girl! A girl Ahmed! A girl!" He emphasizes 'girl' with annoyance and disappointment. I clench my jaw getting heated. "Dad she is NOT some girl okay! I love her and she loves me! She is more than just some girl!" I soften my tone, "dad I love her okay and I'm not leaving NYU because of her. I'm not even thinking about NYU for her. And for our future together." I try to reason with my dad who is shaking his head in disbelief. "Ahmed I know you care about her okay. There's nothing wrong with falling in love-- unless she's taking you away from your life plan!" My dad explains visibly frustrated. "Dad, it was never my life plan to begin with. It was yours!" I run a hand through my hair. ************************************************************************************************ ALSO, THIS STORY IS A TAD RELIGIOUS BUT IT IS FICTIONAL

Her mother and sister, however, didn't wait to find out, shipping her off to boarding school to "fix her attitude." Now, back home for the summer, Soraya discovers a bombshell: her mother is defending her own best friend in a murky tax fraud case that could ruin their family's reputation. As tensions rise at home, Soraya's summer takes another unexpected turn when she's forced to deal with two boys who couldn't be more different-or more troublesome. Nehemiah, hotheaded and insufferably like her, sparks constant clashes that she can't seem to avoid. Then there's Alexander, calm and kind, whose presence feels like a lifeline in the chaos. But as secrets about her mother's case come to light and hidden agendas threaten to unravel everything, Soraya realizes this summer might not just be a battle of personalities-it could expose truths that will change her family forever.
