Ariel has spent her entire life under the sea, but even the farthest reaches of the kingdom can't satisfy her curiosity. When an outcast offers her the chance to make her dreams come true, she jumps at the opportunity. Her recklessness may cost her more than she thought, though, and when the welfare of her kingdom is jeopardized, it's up to her to save everyone. Will she be able to reverse her mistakes in time to save the people she loves?

Lana, daughter of King Eric and Queen Ariel is sent across the ocean to find a prince to marry her, but when her ship wrecks from mysterious storm, she is saved by a mysterious boy who appeared out of nowhere. Since her father was saved by her mother, Ariel who was once a mermaid, she thinks the boy could be her soul mate. They could live out the romantic story her parents created. What will happen if Zale starts to have feelings for the princess that are so new to him? Will the plan still work? Or will it fail and change his cold sea heart?
